Stef Tovar is one of Chicago’s most respected actors, directors, and audition coaches, with a career spanning Broadway, television, film, and some of the nation’s leading regional theatres. A Jeff Award-winning performer, Stef has appeared on Broadway and in countless productions across the country, earning a reputation for his compelling storytelling, authenticity, and deep understanding of what makes a performance stand out.
On screen, Stef has been seen in major television and film projects including Chicago P.D., Contagion, and numerous network and streaming productions. As an educator and coach, he has helped actors of all ages develop the skills needed to book professional work, guiding performers through the audition process with practical, honest, industry-focused coaching.

Roberta Duchak
Roberta Duchak is an award-winning musical director, vocal coach, producer, and educator whose students and clients have appeared on Broadway, national tours, television, film, and major recording projects. As the North American Music Supervisor for Broadway’s SIX: The Musical, Roberta works with performers at the highest professional level while continuing to mentor emerging artists across the country.
Known for her ability to help singers connect storytelling, vocal technique, and audition strategy, Roberta has coached performers for Broadway productions including The Notebook, Hell’s Kitchen, The Wiz, and SIX. Her students have gone on to book leading roles on Broadway, national tours, regional theatres, television, and film.
Roberta’s approach goes far beyond simply singing the notes. She helps performers discover what makes them unique and teaches them how to communicate that through every audition. In this masterclass, participants will learn how to make strong song choices, create compelling self-tapes, and present themselves with the confidence and professionalism that today's casting teams are seeking.
